Venue: Terraces Bar & Dining Room, Marine Parade (next to Sea Life Centre)
Date: 4 July 2006, 7:15pm
The issue
By looking at the food system from the farmer’s spade to our children’s spoons, we can bring together all the elements of food production, including how and where our food is grown, how it is delivered to our shops, schools, hospitals and work canteens, what we eat and where the waste generated by the food system ends up.
