Why is it so important to vote Green in the general election?
Are you worried about the way society is moving? The wasteful and harmful effects of global industrialisation are all too obvious - the impact on our climate and the recent tragedy of foot-and-mouth disease suggests something is seriously wrong with the way we produce and consume. But politicians in the old parties refuse to wake up to the scale of the problems. That is why a strong Green vote is so important.

A Green vote makes a difference - it makes politicians listen whatever share of the vote we win. A strong Green vote will send a message to Tony Blair and the other 'grey' parties that they need to change tack and follow the Green way if we are to overcome society's problems.
